Not every lobby will be easier; that's not how a gaming VPN works. A VPN tricks the matchmaking into believing you have a high ping.
This deception influences the matchmaking, but the extent depends on the current number of players searching for a lobby at the same time.
Since the matchmaking cannot determine your true ping, it might place you in lobbies that don't match your attributes. This doesn't guarantee easier lobbies, but it breaks the strict SBMM algorithm.
Easier lobbies not being available is not a reason for a refund.
Some antivirus software may recognize SBMMGuard as a virus. These are false positives generated by machine learning detection because the software is encrypted and modifies network drivers.
To use the software, a simple exception must be added in your antivirus software.
